Bsplayer is DIVX player, Video player, multimedia player, MP3 player. Some updates: * support for utf8 encoding in external ssa subtitles; * VobSub subtitles can now be moved, like normal ones; * some VobSub subtitles were not displayed, fixed; * mp3 shoutcast fixes, some streams didn't work; * some fixes with tuner/capture, wrong name displayed after capture etc... * Added 'always on top' option for control window; * fixed problem with desktop mode when icons were hidden; * pan scan was not remembered properly, fixed; * some other bug fixes.
